Apply today and become a part of our exciting journey Position Overview: LawDepot.com is currently expanding and looking to recruit a Copywriter – Checkout experience in Edmonton, Alberta. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, planning, and implementing content and design experiments focused on optimizing UX in the checkout area of our website. This is a full-time permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week with opportunities in office or hybrid. Primary Responsibilities: Develop clear, concise, and user-friendly content for the Checkout page that enhances the customer experience and drives conversions. Conduct in-depth research on best practices, competitor strategies, and user behaviors to uncover insights Refine, implement, and move experiments live utilizing our content management system Monitor and analyze the performance of the checkout page through experiment analysis, usage analysis, customer segmentation and competitive analysis Identify areas of opportunity from insights gained and provide actionable recommendations that drive strategic enhancements Regularly communicate progress at various stages of experiments, providing detailed updates on challenges encountered and next steps. Employ Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives for the checkout page, using data analysis, user feedback, and industry benchmarks to enhance user journey Assist with defining and outlining projects, ensuring all objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resources are clearly documented Work closely with the checkout lead, analysts, product specialists and designers to create cohesive design and content improvement Prioritize and plan upcoming checkout projects and ideas collaboratively with the Checkout team Knowledge and Skill Requirements: Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Consumer Psychology, Communications, or other relevant fields Understanding of consumer psychology, online marketing, and conversion optimization Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to convey complicated information in a succinct way with the ability to adjust writing style based on audience and medium Strong editing skills to ensure clarity, consistency, and readability of documentation Strong research and analytical skills Self-driven with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Flexibility and adaptability to learn new tools quickly (ex.
