We currently have an opportunity at our Rawcliffe Bridge site for a 2-crew day Electrical and Instrumentation Maintenance Technician to carry out maintenance on site in order to keep production downtime to a minimum. The role involves locating and solving electrical and instrumentation issues on the plant in a safe and timely manner. The role will be on a shift basis with 1 in 6 weekends.

Essentials:

• You will be a good written and verbal communicator and be able to demonstrate a keen eye for detail
• You should also have the ability to use your own initiative and judgement when solving problems
• You will have at least City and Guilds Certificate in Electrical and Instrumentation or equivalent plus 18th edition & Compex qualifications
• You will have completed a recognised E&I apprenticeship and should have some experience of working within the chemical industry
• Experience of working with electronic maintenance management systems and permit to work systems is also essential.

Desirables:

• Previous experience working on an upper tier COMAH site preferred but not essential
