Sous Chef

Tadcaster Golf Club is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Grill Chef to join our team at Get Golfing.

As a charity supporting golf facilities in England, we are passionate about preserving and reviving the sport of golf by providing exceptional experiences for our members and visitors.

· We’re proud of the food we sell from our kitchens, from events to our casual dining business, our aim is to work with great suppliers to add to the customers experience

· As a key part of the team team the role is to bring our food to life and helping develop our offer to set us apart in the Golf and Leisure market by producing high quality food, which can be delivered consistently.

· To ensure we achieve our commercial objectives and to produce delicious, nutritious food which ensures our customers will keep returning to us on when making their choice of place to eat.

· The role is to bring, and share your experience. enthusiasm and inspiration to deliver our offer and to bring it to reality by working in our kitchen to deliver consistently,

Requirements

The ideal candidate

Essential that they have an innate feel for what will make our food direction different

· Open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds, possible options include B&I contract catering, hotels, restaurants, sports and leisure sector.

· Passionate about making a difference

· Ability to work efficiently and competently under pressure

· A natural team member, with a proven background in working in busy hospitality teams

·· Maintain and uphold best practice for food safety, cleanliness, allergen-awareness and health and safety in the workplace.
