Job Description

Wilson Recruitment are currently seeking a senior F&B Supervisor or F&B Team Leader or F&B Assistant Manager for a client based in the beautiful Northamptonshire countryside in the NN6 region. The main purpose of this role is to act as right hand person to the F&B Manager who has worked for the private members golf club for over eight years, as more members are joining the club, the Manager is seeking an assistant to support him with the day to day running of the food and beverage department within the business.
You will be working within a small team of long term employees to support the growth of the business. The Chefs have been employed for up to 30 years, the Club Manager who has extensive experience in this industry has over 6 years employment within the company and the Food and Beverage Manager has been working there for 8 years. Youll have full support from all members of the team.

Salary c.£33k - £35k depending on experience + bonus + benefits

In brief:
to start ASAP interviews are being held in person and onsite
5 out of 7 days per week
c.40-45 hrs working week
no late nights
work-life balance
there may be 20 gold club members for breakfast, there may be 120 guests for a function, but certainly no larger than this

Candidate:
Must possess excellent customer service skills
Will hold full UK right to work
Shall be an excellent communicator both verbal and written
Will have extensive hands on experience working within a commercial F&B team
Can evidence experience in the form of an up to date CV and references
Should hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a reliable vehicle
Would be flexible and adaptable to all business needs and requirements such as bartending, plate waiting and cleaning as well as those of an F&B Assistant Manager
Might be a personal licence holder
Could hold a level 2 in Food Safety / Food Hygiene
May be working within the Hospitality, Catering or Leisure sector as a senior F&B team member
Might have worked for another golf club within the UK
