Position Mobile Refrigeration Engineer

Salary Up to £46,000 per annum + door to door travel & £2,352 standby call out allowance per year

Location Essex

Working Hours Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Reporting Into Engineering Manager

Tecrec are currently searching for an experienced Mobile Refrigeration Engineer to work across Essex.

Our client has accumulated a wealth of experience serving a variety of sectors - healthcare, petrol forecourts, leisure and hospitality, retail, distribution and logistics, commercial property and construction. You will be responsible for a small portfolio of sites throughout Essex.

The business now employs over 12,000 people and has established divisions across Europe, Australia, North America and Asia.

This an excellent opportunity to join an established maintenance provider who invest both time and training into their employees.

• As a Refrigeration Engineer you will be responsible for managing PPMs and reactive maintenance across the sites throughout Essex.
• Respond promptly and positively to service call requests from the Helpdesk and to assess the requirements of the job and carry out repairs as and where necessary.
• Prioritise maintenance and repair work to achieve agreed timescales and response times.
• Order spares to the laid-down procedures.
• Identify non-repairable faults in plant and machinery and promptly advise the Line manager of findings, with recommendations regarding suitable replacement.

The ideal candidate will have experience as well as qualifications in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning which consist of the following.

NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning

Cat 1 F-Gas

Co2 Trained

Well presented & client facing
