To work for a luxury hotel based in Ascot

( you will need to drive and have own car due to where the site is based public transport is limited )

Shift patterns vary 5 on 2 off.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• ? To be join responsible for the welfare of the staff morale within the restaurant.
• ? Work with the Restaurant Manager to manage and deliver an effective training and development system for all restaurant staffs to ensure that they meet their required standards and develop in their roles.
• ? Offer a service through development and using an accurate database of regular guests' needs and to ensure that this information is used effectively in order to meet their particular expectation.
• ? Responsible for the overall cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and its Back Office eat all times through regular monitoring and training.
• ? To regularly review service standards and procedures and implement the necessary actions to improve training in line with Forbes and Core Standards
• ? To provide assistance in conducting formal performance reviews with all staff to ascertain their performance, training needs and inspirations and to action those areas to retain and further develop these people.
• ? Communicate well with other departments and have a strategic approach to planning and rota preparation as to reflect the needs of the business across Coworth Park.
• ? To recognize and acknowledge regular guests, their needs/preferences and meet and exceed their expectations.

QUAIFICATIONS & DESIRABLES

• ? Previous experience in a similar environment
• ? Five star hotel experience would be an advantage

• ? Leadership skills
• ? Excellent presentation standards
