The Role:

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be a key player in the Bristol office, working on a variety of projects from large commercial ventures to heritage regeneration schemes. You will manage the full project lifecycle—procurement, design, delivery, and post-contract duties. This client-facing role demands expertise and stellar communication skills to provide professional advice and foster strong client relationships.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience
• Ideally MRICS/CIOB qualified or in the process of sitting the APC
• Proven track record in both professional and project-based work
• Experience in procurement, design, and delivery of new build and refurbishment projects across various sectors
• Ability to advise clients on program, cost, and procurement implications
• Proficiency in managing multi-disciplinary consultant teams
• Strong understanding of building technology, compliance/Building Regulations, and defect diagnosis
