Paralegal

We are looking to hire a Paralegal/Legal Manager for a NYSC listed hospitality group, who will be dealing with commercial contracts and many other paralegal duties.

Responsibilities

• Deal with commercial contracts, including sponsorship agreements, sales, IT, digital marketing
• Primary point of contact for hotel managers seeking assistance from law department
• Organise documentation related to acquisitions or hotel financing
• Conduct and summarise legal research

Qualifications

• Either 2 years commercial paralegal experience with LPC/SQE or 4 years commercial paralegal experience
• Must have commercial contract experience
• Must be able to commute to chancery lane in London 2 days a week
