Salary: £65,000 - £95,000 + Car Allowance + Package

I am seeking both an experienced and dynamic Planner & Senior Planner to join my clients progressive, innovative, and well established team in Central London. Working for a market leading Tier 1 main contractor who specialise in delivering advanced projects across sectors such as commercial, residential, education, healthcare, and life sciences.

Their current projects include a £50m office commercial fit out, a £110m 650 unit residential , 37 story building, £100m hotel scheme, £45m 200 apartment block (50% refurb and 50% new build), with several more live & in the pipeline.

The successful candidate must be able to create full programmes and plan both pre construction and post contract. Must be very 360 experienced and have strong knowledge of ASTA.

Key Responsibilities:

You will have a key role in overseeing their live schemes, managing the project lifecycle from pre-con, to monitoring and reporting on current projects until completion. You will liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders on live projects and report back to the Regional Planner.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in handling the entire project lifecycle.
• Expert user of ASTA
• Advanced contract knowledge – Understanding JCT and NEC forms of contract.
