Our client is the real estate arm of a family office, looking to appoint an experienced Real Estate and Hospitality legal counsel to its legal team in London.

In this role, you will advise on all legal matters relating to a vast and luxurious portfolio of hotels and restaurants across the UAE, US and Europe. Although you will be part of a legal team and work in close connexion with the CEO, you will be a self-starter, be able to work autonomously with a genuine can-do attitude.

You will have trained and qualified at a top City law firm, have a minimum of 5 years' PQE advising on construction contracts, hotel management agreements, sales, acquisitions and maintenance of hotels and restaurants. Experience gained In-House at a family office, advising owners and operators would be highly desirable.
