This role offers a significant amount of flexibility and is based in the vibrant town of Didcot.

About the Role: As a Finance Business Partner, you will:

• Take charge of the operational financial management for one of the larger divisions
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all budgets, forecasts, and internal reporting.
• Play a key role in both strategic and operational financial planning, supporting the organisation’s vision and delivery plans.
• Offer clear guidance to Directors and Budget Owners, fostering continuous improvement.
• Enhance financial management tools, analysis, and reporting to support informed decision-making.

About You: The ideal candidate will:

• Hold either a ACCA or CIMA Qualifications
• Be highly motivated with a track record in financial planning and analysis.
• Have expertise in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Be proficient in finance systems and MS Office, especially Excel at an advanced level.
• Possess the ability to interpret financial data and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
