Sales Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the growing team at El Rayo Tequila as the London sales manager. Lead the brand in London, developing their distribution, visibility and growth across the on trade.

• Harness your commercial skill set and work closely with the head of sales and marketing teams to take the brand the next level.

The role….

This role will support the Head of Sales to shape an overall on trade commercial strategy, with

responsibility for driving growth in this channel for years to come.

Nurture a current stable of accounts and develop a commercial strategy that drives ROS growth with them whilst seeking new business opportunities throughout the capital city, structure and submit JBP's across major UK groups & National accounts.

Champion the brands dedication to making the Tequila & Tonic the first drink of the night, You will be focussed on winning new listings across a range of on trade outlets, developing initiatives, driving house pour volume accounts, and building hype and awareness around our hero serve.

A commercially focussed role working closely with the brands marketing team to develop and hone their brand strategy in the on trade with events, partnerships, takeovers and more.

El Rayo Tequila is a disruptive, independant tequila brand. Developed through working with the best producers in Mexico’s highlands. With the help of Maestro Tequilero, Oscar Garcia, one of 250 Maestros in the world (more people have been to the moon!) the have selected the very best, hand-harvested plants and under his watchful eye, distilled them into a single-ingredient, fresh tasting, tequila.

The brand have launched in their first two national grocers this year (Sainsbury’s & Waitrose) alongside being poured in over 750+ of the UK's most prestigious bars & restaurants - Sushi Samba, The Botanist, Fullers Pubs to name a few.
