The Job
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Business Development Manager at Kingston Barnes. The
Business Development Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as identifying and prospecting potential clients, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, conducting market research and analysis, and developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies. This role is
primarily located in our Queen Square office in Bristol, with flexibility for some remote work.
What's Required
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge and understanding of the Construction, Manufacturing, Technical Engineering & Logistics
industries.
- An understanding of the recruitment process and clients' specific needs in the mentioned sectors.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to conduct market research and analysis
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Ability to work independently and remotely
