Role: Training & Development Officer

Location: Berkshire (+ Frequent Travel)

Salary: Up to £35,000 + Travel

I am currently looking for a Training & Development Manager for a hospitality portfolio based in Berkshire! This is a hands-on, fast paced role and would suite someone coming from hospitality operations with a passion for training. A great opportunity to join a growing brand! Experience with new openings would be beneficial.

You will work alongside the Operations teams to coach and develop team members in their future careers. You will identify training and developmental needs and drive suitable training initiatives that build experts in the business.

You’ll be joining a team who are passionate about creating an exceptional employee experience and ambition to be creative and do things differently.

Please note: This role requires extensive travel so being able to drive / have a car is a must.
