Senior Brand Manager - FMCG - Food

Hybrid 2-3 days a week in the office ( plus flexible hours) -near Reading, Berkshire

£55,000 - £65,000 plus generous bonus and car allowance

We’re looking for a highly talented marketer to play a lead in shaping and delivering our UK agenda. This role is all about passion for brands and marketing, consumer centric thinking and drive.

Key requirements:

• At least 4 years marketing experience in a branded FMCG business
• Preferably educated to degree level, ideally with a business or marketing related degree
• A consumer first mind set in everything that you do, while always considering the implications of key decisions and actions on the retailer
• A desire to constantly raise the bar in everything you do with a hunger to constantly learn, develop and grow
• Able to interrogate a brand P&L, identifying issues and opportunities, making interventions at pace
• Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to constructively challenge, influence and persuade
