Commercial Property Locum - Essex - 4 months

Our client, a very well regarded practice based in Essex is currently looking to source a Commercial Property Locum to start as soon as possible for a period of 4 months to cover a period of maternity leave due to an increase in workload.

As a Commercial Property Solicitor you will be responsible for effectively and efficiently managing your own diverse commercial property caseload. You will provide sound, professional advice to clients in respect to:

• Buying and selling commercial property
• All aspects of commercial leasing, mainly dealing with shops, offices and restaurants
• Transfer of parts

Our client has also suggested that whilst not essential any experience in residential property would be beneficial.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for the supervision of a one year PQE Solicitor as well as two paralegals. The client is ideally looking for someone who can attend the office 5 days per week.

This role is offering a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to working within a long term locum placement.
