Role Overv

iew:
As an Employment Solicitor, you will be involved in a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters. Your responsibilities will inc

• lude:
  Advising clients on contractual disputes, disciplinary matters, unfair and wrongful dismissals, redundancies, TUPE, discrimination, whistleblowing, and post-termination restric
• tions.Drafting and enforcing confidentiality agreements and handling complex contracts and remuneration pac
• kages.Providing strategic advice on severances, exits, and compensation packages for senior execu
• tives.Working closely with colleagues in reputation management, corporate, insolvency, pensions, and immigration to provide comprehensive, joined-up a
