Head Chef

Aramark UK is looking to hire an experienced Head Chef to join the team at the prestigious Northwood HQ, Northwood HA6 3HP. This is an exciting opportunity working in a high profile area of the site which provides hotel services. Reporting into our Catering General Manager on site you will manage a team of c10 chefs and kitchen staff.

Would you like to showcase your culinary skills by leading on the food service for major events such as themed Summer and Christmas Balls for over 500 guests or fine dining VIP events and special occasions? This role offers this and more with the chance to also manage the culinary team to provide an excellent daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.

A day in the life of a Head Chef:

Delivering an exceptional customer and client experience

Delivering financial and commercial results within business area

Managing a large kitchen and team and focussing on developing team and individual culinary skills and knowledge

Efficient execution and delivery of all food line products in line with Aramark brand standards using Aramark systems

Inventory management

Ensure complete compliance with food safety and health and safety legislation

You'll be set up for success if you have:

A passion for people and food and delivering an amazing customer experience

Experience operating at a Head Chef level

Catering in a retail, leisure, or hospitality environment

Previous experience managing and leading a team

Relevant culinary qualifications
