OUR VISION

We believe the future is local. That’s why we’re building a nationwide network of neighbourhood workspaces designed to become new local centres for work, culture, and community. We craft beautifully designed spaces on local high streets and in town centres to support people to ‘Work Near Home’, achieve a better work-life balance, and build thriving careers and businesses in their communities. We also serve as a venue for cultural and community gatherings. We build relationships with our members, local groups, and cultural organisations to support and host a programme of publicly accessible workshops, talks and events.

We have transformed a prominent Art Deco building at 42 York Street into a distinctive centre for community, work, public events and education. You’ll find a range of meeting and event spaces, a thriving publicly accessible cafe, as well as a suite of workspaces, from coworking studios to private offices.
