People & Culture Manager needed for a beautiful hotel in Berkshire!

The HR, People & Culture Manage has responsibility for both the administrative functions of human resources (compliance, policies, contracts, disciplinary needs and the like) and employee engagement, training, and development. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence and enhance the workplace culture, build strong working relationships with team members at all levels, and ensure a supportive and engaging work environment.

The ideal candidate should:

Possess experience at management level in human resources, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry.

Lead and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, and performance management.

Embrace a hands-on approach, actively engaging with team members at all levels to understand their needs and promote a positive work culture.

Prioritise team wellbeing and engagement, fostering a supportive and motivating environment where all team members can thrive and contribute to the success of Cliveden House
