- This role involves 50% training (20 hours) and 50% performing treatments (20 hours)

- A Level 3 beauty qualification and training experience are required

ROLE OBJECTIVE
This role is vital for the development and progression of our therapists who embody our brand. The spa operation is the essence of Champneys, making this role crucial to our success. In our constantly evolving environment, staying knowledgeable in your specialist area is essential. You will support your team and ensure the highest standards are met.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive training
- Research, develop, and train in new treatments to position Champneys as a brand leader
- Support the Head of Training in business development
- Identify training needs within the Spa Department
- Provide reports to the Head of Training as required
- Attend regular training meetings
- Work collaboratively, sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and promoting staff morale and respect
- Ensure brand standards are consistently met across the group
- Enhance and develop therapists' treatment skills
- Set a positive example at all times
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain regular communication with the Head of Training
HEALTH & SAFETY
- Ensure all staff are aware of safety aspects related to their roles
- Ensure staff wear protective clothing when necessary for specific jobs or treatments
- Ensure all staff are properly trained and qualified before performing any treatment or class.
KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING
- Master all treatment procedures and products, adapting treatments to meet client needs
- Understand the skills and training areas of team members for effective work allocation
- Be knowledgeable about Fire, Health, and Safety Procedures, ensuring your team is also well-informed
