Job Description:

• Assist in implementing the multi-channel CRM strategy throughout all divisions
• Manage all aspects from content planning to reporting
• Collaborate with partners to create focused and effective messaging
• Update and improve internal CRM systems
• Work closely with outside partners to enhance customer interactions
• Explore, execute, and oversee new CRM initiatives
• Analyse data to create regular reports
• Gain insights into customer life cycles and Lifetime Value
• Improve business proficiency

Experience Required:

• 1-2 Years of experience in a Sales oriented CRM role
• Good understanding of data-driven marketing and CRM strategies for both online and offline channels
• Proficient in email marketing platforms and bulk email tools
• Analytical (ideally Google Analytics experience)
• Creative
