SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

SCOPE

• Develop the brand's presence on social media in accordance with global brand guidelines and regional business plans

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the primary ambassador for the brand in the specified region, promoting brand values and awareness
• Develop, implement, and maintain a social media strategy that aligns with global guidelines and regional business plans
• Lead social media activities, delivering exceptional consumer experiences
• Incorporate global and regional brand storytelling to enhance brand building and consumer engagement
• Create relevant organic and influencer content to strengthen the brand
• Manage social media accounts (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat) in line with the overall strategy
• Oversee social media operations, including paid organic content (sparks/boost) and creating relevant content for paid media
• Manage the social media budget

SKILLS

• Strong knowledge of main social media channels and brand-building through social media
• Experience with consumer products
• Proven ability to drive social media channels from a brand or company perspective
• Ability to articulate social media KPIs, follow up on results, and make actionable recommendations
• Experience in creating contemporary content for social media
• Experience in an international, fast-paced environment
• Entrepreneurial drive and a proactive mindset
• Ability to work independently
