A global, luxury, award-winning travel company that specialises in journeys for ultrahigh nett worth travellers are looking for an experienced E-commerce Executive to join their hugely successful global business.

Job Description:

The company goes from strength to strength and has offices globally, so this E-commerce Executive role provides a fantastic career development opportunity for the right individual.

• Enhance the online presence by increasing conversions and direct bookings on international websites
• Ensure an exceptional online experience including site improvements are made
• Assist with testing roadmaps
• Conduct A/B testing and measure different approaches to achieve optimal results
• Propose and implement key merchandising activities
• Making data driven recommendations and decisions to improve customer experience and journey
• Coordinate projects involving CRO, UX, UJ, and SEO.
• Ensure SEO and CRO projects, both internal and via digital agency partners are executed.

Experience Required:

• Commercially minded
• Experience working within an E-commerce business (not Amazon or eBay)
• Analytical with GA4 experience is essential
• Good experience with CRO, UX, UJ and SEO
• AB Testing experience essential
• Creative
• Self-motivated, decision-maker
