Head Organizational Development

We have been retained by our client, a leading global organisation operating across multiple serrvice and product sectors, to identify a Head of OD to take ownership for their organisational change and leadership development programmes, and to drive a culture of continuous learning and development across this matrix organisation.

The role will report directly to the HR Director and be the key advisor for internal change and development initiatives.

NB: Sectors that we seek experience from are retail and hospitality.

Prospective candidates will be expected to demonstrate how they have led significantly sized change programmes or project initiatives in the past. The ideal candidate will bring evidence of having influenced right across a business (not just divisionally) and we are seeking an individual with the ability to work cross-functionally to develop change management methodologies and frameworks.

For this role, it would be highly advantageous to hold a formal qualification in organisational development coupled with a significant track record in change management, leadership development and project management, evidenced across your career.

Whilst this role will be subject to a Non-Disclosure Agreement, we can advise that it is a hybrid opportunity (c3 days per week on site) and will be based at their Head office close to the M4/M5 corridor.
