HR Advisor

Regional HR Adviser (Field based).

You'll enjoy travelling to different sites. Working with the general managers. Acting as their adviser and supporting them with the full employee life cycle. From how they are recruiting team members, inducting them, working with the L&D team on development plans, looking at career pathways. Through to guiding them on ER matters.

The organisation is in the leisure industry, with parks across the UK this role will be supporting along the South Coast. The different sites come with their own challenges so you'll be comfortable flexing your approach.

You'll currently be at HR Adviser level and looking for that next role where you will have ownership of your people plans and working as a close partner with GM's and Team members.

This organisation is in the business of having fun, supporting seasonal and core team members.

You'll be comfortable being out and about as this is field based. Ideally they do want people from Leisure or Hospitality, although happy to consider people from multi-site Retail.

The role has come about as the existing HRA has now been promoted into a HRBP role, and talking the HRD, most of their HRBP's have come from their Regional Advisers.

The role comes with a fully expensed car, health care, study package, 15% bonus, and 27 days holidays (bank holidays are in addition!).
