With over 250 different careers of all shapes and sizes available across our 66 holiday parks and central support offices, it is no surprise that our Talent Acquisition team is one of the best in the biz! They have to be, because we recruit over 6,000 people a year in our local communities, offering exciting and life changing jobs that are rich in career fulfilment, fun, and holiday happy magic.

Recruiting over 6,000 people a year is not without its challenges, and this is where the wonderful world of recruitment marketing and talent attraction comes into play.

Working hand in hand with the Talent Acquisition team and key stakeholders, you'll be the driving force behind our employer brand content strategy, shaping stories that inspire, and crafting content that attracts the best talent to Parkdean Resorts.

You'll be the powerhouse behind our digital presence, weaving together narratives across social media platforms and web to showcase what makes Parkdean Resorts not just a destination, but a home for career growth and fulfilment.

Some of the skills we’re looking for.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English Literature or Language, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment marketing, social media marketing, or employer branding.
• Exceptional copywriting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
