Marketing Executive

We are working with a much-loved hospitality and entertainment brand, based in Hertfordshire. With over 1700 employees, and more than 60 sites across the UK, they're the market leader by some distance in their sector, offering a day/evening that people of all ages can enjoy. They have just had a record year with an annual turnover of over £120m. They're a great company to work for, with a fun and vibrant culture, replicating the customer experience they strive to offer. They've got some huge growth plans, it’s a very exciting to join their growing and dynamic marketing team! You’ll be based in their Hemel Hempstead offices with the option to work from home 1 day per week. The Role – Marketing Executive Support the Marketing Manager in the implementation of the national marketing plan and retail calendar, supporting campaigns, key trading dates and local centre initiatives

Own and execute the Social Media content calendar covering but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok measure and analysing results and ROI Support the Marketing Manager to drive the social media strategy across all brands, including keeping up to date with trends and innovation Support the Marketing Manager to implement the national media plan, including paid social, programmatic, brand and content partnerships and above the line tests and local media and PR campaigns Monitor the effectiveness, measure and report on marketing activities Demonstrate sound commercial awareness throughout marketing activities Support the Marketing Manager to manage relationships with key suppliers to KPI’s, including creative agencies, print and print management, PR, Media, merchandise, graphic designers, AV and experiential Identify and champion opportunities to enhance customer experience across the full customer journey Create, develop and manage marketing assets, including writing copy to support the content marketing manager with content Desirable 2-3+ years B2C marketing experience Marketing qualification (CIM or Degree) would be a bonus! A working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel Excellent written and numeric skills Experience managing multi-channel campaigns across social, web, search, digital channels etc. Experience managing agencies or 3rd party creatives - PR, advertising or similar If this sounds like you we would love to hear from you!
